The Interview Guidance Programme is run by the institute to help the young aspirants who aspire to be a judicial officer or prosecution officer reach the final ladder of PCS(J), APO and ADA Exam.
The Main objective of this programme is to make candidates feel confident during their real interview before the Interview Board at the Commission.
This programme help the candidates to become accustomed to the interview process and gain more confidence .
It helps to boost up confidence level, understanding of questions and answering in a more focused manner, prepare some standard answers for routine questions, test your answers to tough questions, create and improve strategies and enhance your communication skill and delivery of your responses.
Mock interviews are conducted both offline and online by a panel of experts including experts in the field of Law and GS, advocates, professors and judicial officers. Questions asked in mock interviews covers the whole syllabus of the particular exam, current affairs and general questions.
This programme guide the candidates not only about question-answers related to Law and General Studies but also regarding Every Aspect of the Interview– sitting posture, body language, dressing sense, how to be presentable before the Interview Board, facial expressions, manner and tone of answering.
After the mock interview session, the panel provides Feedback in detail to each candidate which cover various aspects such as the knowledge, candidate’s posture of sitting, body language, style of communication and ability to handle stress.
The Interview Guidance Programme focuses on communication skill, body language and the Overall Personality Development of the candidate which help the candidates to face the Interview Board on the final day with full confidence and answer in an effective manner.
